I have spent over RM1000 on ZUS and decided to take a break. All the points I accumulated were just expired in one go due to inactivity. When I tried to ask for a means to salvage my benefits, they just say sorry too bad. If you want to support a coffee brand, don't support ZUS. Their loyalty system is brutal, and they'll quickly throw you away if you decide to take a break. I am interested in resolving this matter. I want to return to my happy coffee days. So, please give me a reason to spend.
