Thought I could use the app for recipes that I screenshot. Couldn't even figure out how to use the app during the "free trial" period. Tried creating the same recipe about 5 times in 20 minutes with no success and then the app informed me that I needed to buy a paid subscription service. I uninstalled the app. Total waste of time.
You download the app thinking you can at least have the basic functionality for free. But only after making an account it says you're limited to just 20 items... Unless you buy the app... So much for a bait app

Difficult to use
Up until now, I loved this cookbook app. I haven't used it in a while, and I just tried to login, but for whatever reason it doesn't remember my account, and it won't let me recover my account even though I know I'm using the correct information, so I lost a lot of recipes, and I was paying for the yearly subscription.
Complete Rip-off. I paid for this app because I DIDN'T want a subscription, then they changed their terms to subscription service. Not ideal, as I could no longer add recipes, but at least I still had access to the recipes I spent years accumulating. Now I can't even do that, unless I delete down to 40. Avoid this app unless you want to put up with whatever money grabbing scheme they think of next. Edit: nice of you to offer the solution of using the unavailable version 1.0 of the app.
Great app,brought it and been using it for years. However I'm unable to use it now as its moved to subscription, and has locked me out. I feel its not nice to charge people again for the product they already paid for, as such I don't want to pay again. So see ya. Update to the response: How do I use cookbook 1.0? Can I add a recipe (which cookbook 1.0 did?) I'd be absolutely happy with this solution. So how do I make this happen? Look forward to your response :)
This app sucks only 3 recipes
Tried to trial the app, tired to take a picture of a recipe.. after it took the photo I was taken back to the play store page. I reopened the app and it told me I could not take a photo because I'd reached my limit
