Slow response dari Tim terkait ketika ada fasilitas yang problem (modem internet rusak sudah lebih 1 bulan belum ada tindak lanjut hanya berputar2 dengan alasan sedang di followup dan koordinasi, ac bocor nunggu lama untuk di perbaiki) Sistem pencatatan yang kurang baik (perlu siapkan bukti pembayaran, karena pernah nagih 2x uang jaminan, padahal sudah di bayarkan di awal. Dan sistem yang ada sifat nya temporary jadi ketika akan buka bukti pembayaran link expired)
I am very disappointed with cove, unilaterally suddenly changing the rental price even though it was previously clearly stated in the agreement. After asking I only got an answer that seemed to be made up. There was no clear apology from the admin of cove indonesia. I am very disappointed, I will not use cove's services again and am not willing to recommend them to anyone.
Pelayanan dari tim sangat kurang, saya minta untuk kunjungan saja sangat susah, dari mulai saya kelamaan nunggu hampir 2 jam, slow response ketika di chat, sangat-sangat kurang untuk pelayanannya dan tempat kost yang kurang akurat di maps
Di aplikasi ada 20 ruangan available, oke sudah sempatkan waktu untuk survei, sampai kosan hanya ada 4 ruangan available. Harus book lewat WA dan ternyata semua sudah penuh. Sistem bookingnya minus 🥱😅

App UI is good. App UX not really good, when filtering need to apply but the button is so far in the bottom. CTA is the worst, can only contact WA. What make it worst is the process is very complicated too much to do or confirm in the chat. In conclussion: not as easy as it's look, also so overpriced.
The app is nice but thats about it. I would recommand staying far away from cove. The Customer services made alot mistakes duing my time (3 months) with billing etc. They basically charge me and my wife 1m for Electricity Bill for one month! For small room bare in mind most houses are 500k a month! My wife wanted use hair straighter and Electricity went out! This happy 4 or 5 time and we only had 1 plug in the room. Our food & drink got storing duing our time at place we was staying. Much more
Jadi tanggal 8 oktober saya check in di cove dan sudah ttd kontrak. Pada kontrak jelas tertulis tanggal 7 bulan berikutnya tanggal berakhir sewa. Untuk menghindari pemotongan deposit saya sudah menghubungin pihak cove terlebih dahulu dan mendapatkan respon check out tergantung kapan mau check out nya dan dikabarkan 14 hari sebelum check out. Karena jawaban yang tidak jelas, saya berinisiatif untuk check out sebelum tgl berakhir sewa, yaitu tanggal 6. Deposit saya dipotong 590.000

Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan Cove, janjian survey sudah submit data dan booking jadwal sampe tempatnya gaada orang, dikonfirmasi hanya bilang maaf tanpa solusi. Very bad service not recommended. Wasting your time
