Forced to try and use this because your website is trash and won't let me proceed with paying for my order despite me doing everything right. So I download your app with it's deceptively high rating and it can't sign me in no matter how many verification codes I give it. But we have to use your app to avoid your jacked up prices. So basically I didn't order Burger King and ordered Raising Cane's instead! Great job!

App doesn't work, menu won't open. Useless. Tells me I have points that are expiring soon but app doesn't work. Fail.
I can no longer log in. When I do, it says the app is down.
Update 8/24/22: still brokenly slow after last update that claimed to fix it. Do you not test anything? Fire your devs. Uninstalling for now.
Edit: I tried the app again. It deleted my free fries. You'd think if your order changes they'd let you know. Years and they still can't figure out how to make a basic app. Edit 2: now all the offers say, not available in your area. Hint, if the offers aren't available, don't offer them. Its called an offer for a reason.
Selecting defaults that I have to override each time I order prevents me from coming back. I have gotten several orders that I can't eat because of defaults. Default selections to blank or let users select their preferred defaults
10th time telling you guys to fix a simple glitch that happens on whopper Wednesday. Pick the impossible whopper, add bacon, cheese, and the optional toppings of onion rings for 50 cents. It'll show it part of your order until you get to check out. Then it disappears! Removes the onion ring topping back to an even $3. Fix it you lazy programmers, getting paid to do nothing. Please check all variations of toppings added with rings and make it to check out. 🌹
Didn't work at all. Kept asking me to log in but I was logged in. Customer service kept asking about my order, but I was trying to use the app, not place an order. None of the verification codes work. Fix this and people will use the app. Now I remember why I did not use this app to begin with--it's useless.
