Beware!Absolute Nightmare! The app does not display important info like date and time and amount clearly, when I went back to see where i went wrong, the date and time was so tiney you'd need help finding it. Also it does not confirm details before deducting. There is also no way to cancel such tickets which are booked by mistake i.e. unintended dates/time/payment options. They did initially do a cancellation for me and adjusted £ in points but payment deducted before I could even find learn
I had purchased tickets to the candle light symphony, something I had been wanting to attend for quite some time. But due to Hurricane Beryl, millions of residence were left without power in the Houston area. I called and asked for a voucher BEFORE the event, and was told by the agent, Laura G request number 12282549 "I would take care of this personally". No voucher was ever issued. When I followed up on the matter I was told they could do nothing since the event had passed.
The one play I got tickets to was a waste of time and money. They failed to notify me when tickets went on sale as offered, and they gave me tickets to an incorrect showing in the wrong quantity. This app and the play I purchased tickets to were both the worst of their class.

My experience with the fever app was extremely unsatisfactory. When I initially purchased tickets, everything went smoothly. However, I needed to cancel the day of the event, and an unforeseen family emergency arose. Consequently, I reached out to customer service. However, they were unable to provide a refund due to their policy restrictions. Therefore, I am pleased to learn that entertainment is prioritized over life events. Please avoid using this app.
This company is committing fraud. I've contacted the BBB and reached out to multiple other agencies concerning this fraud tactic this company seems to play frequently. Overselling tickets and then canceling peoples tickets without notice, then saying "no refunds." They took my money, and I have literally nothing to show for it. Customer service is ignoring my emails, and there is no other way to contact them. Do yourself a favor and don't download this app.
We were contemplating a senior and military ticket, even though we thought they were over priced. Then when booking they want an additional $5 each. Umm no thanks
The customer service for these app and company are ridiculous because they said they sent an email for a refund which I never received so I contacted my bank to get a refund and they lied to get an extra 100.80 from me I will never use this company again make sure u do everything right or they will steal your money then deny your claim for a refund
They only care about cash. Terrible customer orientation. Their policy is just to take your money, no amendments, no returns, even if you were a loyal fan or the reason was out of anyone's control. Before today, I would give them 3. After today, I give them 1.
