Got bored after two days. didn't really work or got me to do much

For some reason my pet was super mean to me. Please fix
Switched phones and wanted to log back in my account; I did connect it to my email, I still have the confirmation emails. Yet it tells me "no account found with this email". Immensely dissapointed since I lost 2 years of data and progress
I dunno. I'm sad. This app used to feel like a good mental health check in system. I even subscribed. But now it just feels like I set goal. Fill goal. Do journey. You just tap. And do all the default stuff. At no point does this app feel like it addresses my mental health anymore. A shame. Finch used to have interaction in mind. Now it's just about noises and rainbow stones flowing. If I want that, I'll go to the casino... Update July 31: It's only got worse.
Tried charging my account $69.99 , I did not agree to subscription. I liked the app before, but just noticed the attempt to charge me a ridiculous amount, and I haven't even been using the app lately. I don't like that, now I will have to worry about unauthorized charges if I use the app, not worth it.
Too bad we don't have any option to auto back up or login with email. I deleted the app, and when I reinstalled again I lost all my progress because I don't know I have to do a back up manually.
Had potential, but failed at the very start with their obnoxious pronoun nonsense
I paid for a year's worth of Finch in May and was still charged a monthly fee for June and July.
Finch hates ND people. Constant unnecessary changes. "Streak" adds stress & guilt. Example: Sign in at 8a today. Next sign in tomorrow 9a = BREAKS STREAK! This is cheating! Update changed whole look, can't find a thing, hence stopped journaling. When you clicked on pet it made a sound, now it's mute other than in the llama lab. Used to make my day. Daily tasks is nightmare of pop-ups that took weeks to know how to close. It's now designed like Meta so you'll spend more time in app. Disgusting.
