When I tried to cook something I looked at instructions on how to cook something, after one second of lookuq
Poor
There are way too many ads. Sometimes, there are so many ads popping up that you can't even see the instructions. And speaking of instructions, some of the recipes don't even come with instructions, just a list of ingredients.
Get off the platform and save your recipes before they are lost to corporate greed!
Individual food standard nutrition values are shown in the advertising panel....good luck finding them, I can not.
The save recipe button for YouTube links doesn't work most of the time, and there is no tech help offered in the app
Beyond frustrated with this app. Created a list. Shared it with my wife, she registers with her apple id. No list to be found. Send the link again same problem. Went to their support page, the link about sharing took me in loops. Do not waste your time like I did.
Moving apps ASAP. Samsung is officially ruining this one. - Terrible (unannounced) rebranding - Can't manually input instructions half the time, forcing the website. Screwed with no internet. - Cannot remove source unless edited from scratch - cannot share edited recipes with app groups - Shopping list UI has been made uncomfortable - Now difficult to add custom items to list - Advertising is encroaching - Cannot export recipes
1. The app goes out of its way to stop you from using a range for the quantity of ingredients. Example: If you type "6 to 8 eggs" it becomes "6 eggs" no matter how I try to type it. I have to type out something like "sixtoeight eggs", but who would understand that! And that doesn't even always work. A recipe app that doesn't let me add a recipe the way I type it is useless... 2. When adding ingredients with steps, it adds random commas or "corrects" my grammer/spelling, making them unclear.
Horrendous since they replaced Whisk, it's lost its charm and feels generic. The shopping list is still good, but the recipes and instructions are borderline unusable. They've also made calorie information taking up a large part of the screen on every recipe which is incredibly damaging for people with eating disorders, it's unacceptable that this change can't be turned off.
