No way to contact the individual through the app to ask questions, which is extremely unhelpful and for that reason I uninstalled
There is NO customer service. I tried to set up ads or credit card payment and i ended up paying fees for tests that the same app recommended i did. Now that i want to delete my account, surprise! You cant they have to approve that request. Which obviously I am still waiting to hear back from them

Plenty of choices but you cannot leave a rating for providers who bail out at last second and cancel on you. Asked support if this was possible but isn't, meaning companies whobwaste your time only get to have positive ratings. As I had both of the services I booked cancelled by the company at last second and they will keep doing it, I have no interest in using this app further.

Fresha stopped sending clients smses and it affected my business because now it means I have to buy the smses instead of them being free. Please look into the matter.
