When forgetting password I did not receive a text message

This company cut my phone off before the date to pay my bill. They didn't want to send me any text messages or written communication that my my autopay was cancelled. Then when I asked if I could speak with a supervisor concerning my account. I was put on hold and no one never returned to the phone.
It works now after the update but it's completely useless! It always says 0 data 0 minutes left!!

THEY TELL ONE CUSTOMER THEY ARE DENIED THEN TURN AROUND &SELL THE SAME DEVICE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITH THE OTHER PERSONS INFO DENYING FREE PHONES/TABLETS TO MAKE MONEY‼️No option for starting an account. Only for existing app accounts. The app is so simple it isn't useful at all. ALSO THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE ‼️ YOUR SERVICE WILL BE INTERUPTED WITHOUT NOTICE ‼️ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD RECEPTION (NOT TMOBILE OR SPRINT)
Sometimes my phone won't work sometimes it's offline. Sometimes it says no SIM card sometimes it's just fine. Would not recommend.

I did not get a text after hitting the forgot password when I go to log in? I need to add data already because 4 gb go very fast when I use my phone for everything. I have to pay for service now because the acp program ended and lifeline is not offered in pa! Had I known this, I wouldn't have signed up for this phone service. My calls are dropped frequently and my Internet stops a lot while I play my games which really upsets me because it doesn't save my progress sometimes when it happens.
