Such a buggy software, constantly needs reset. You basically pay to record your own kids, otherwise live video only. You get harassed at every opening of the app to install the humidity monitor. The average person doesn't need that. Stop making us click through it. Could have been great, cubo got lazy.

It's gotten more buggy in the past few weeks - connection issues, taking a while in order to use the sound, and for some reason can't switch from full screen to any other app. It used to work so well too... I'm not one to leave reviews but it's gotten so bad that I felt like I had to share.
App constantly freezes and does not display the video. Device has consistent network connection issues that we cannot resolve.
We have had the Cubo for over 3 years and I the past year have found it to be very glitchy after app updates, even after they were meant to fix bugs. We constantly have to restart it so it will load, with customer care having told me it was due to our wifi connection, however no other devices in our household have a connection issue, and this never used it. I can see from recent reviews other users have the same issue. I won't be recommending this to our friends anymore - it's too frustrating.
There are just way too many bugs for this app to be useful. The AI is largely erroneous in what it detects and the app user interface is clunky and badly designed. Ive only seen good reviews from people who have been 'gifted' this monitor by Cubo. It has a lot of potential but it looks like it hasn't bothered to make any changes and as it stands right now it's a huge waste of money.
App was once very good, now half the features are locked out. Plus it now emits a horrendously loud alert when the device loses connection and the settings to change it are either locked out or have been removed from the settings
Worked fine for one day, now it will not connect to the camera at all. Epic waste of money for my family member that bought it. Can not even be returned.
Useless in an understatement. My playback doesn't work and after 3 weeks of back and forth, they were unable to resolve the issue. Further, they outright refused any sort of refund
