This app is terrible. I spent 2 hours shopping for a big grocery delivery and in the end it asks me to confirm my phone number and gives me the error "invalid template - unable to send with current template status". I'm unable to proceed past this error and complete my order. I tried calling their customer support number and all it says is there are no current agents available. What a complete waste of my time and patience I absolutely do not recommend you try using this broken app.

Belanja karena urgent buat resto. Yg pertama aman. Pas yg kedua, order 3 item seharga 247rb. Tapi barang ready hanya 1 item seharga 28rb. Lalu mereka proses tanpa hubungi saya terlebih dahulu. Apakah worth it beli kacang panjang 750gr 28rb +ongkir dll 38rb jadi total 66rb. Langsung delete account n uninstall. Kapok!

Aplikasi ini bad menurut saya, aplikasi ini kan harusnya memudahkan kustomer untuk belanja online ketimbang offline dimana harusnya lebih unggul dari segi service, produk, ongkir dll. ini biaya ongkirnya sama aja kyk kita dateng ke toko belanja offline, kena charge2 lain seperti packing dan shopping yg actually ga bgt.. plus ga ada koordinasi antara aplikasi dengan supermarketnya, dimana aplikasi blg ada barangnya, trs udah bayar, tiba2 supermarketnya blg ga ada, rugi dong nanggung ongkirnya!
