Randomly disabled my account for "suspicious activity" after I placed a rather large grocery order with the same credit card I always use. They now want me to send my ID and card info to them? Absolutely not. Google shows I'm not the first person this has happened to either.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a 30 off a 50 order and both times I tried to utilize it it flipped. First time the shopper shopped the order then lied saying I was 130 miles away when I could see on the app she was not even 20 miles away . So didn't get my order . Then figured I'd do a pick up order but the order went to a farther away store , I have no car so that was impossible . Now I can't use the 30 off cause it expired trying to use it lol . Never again.
When I last used them they stole $210.22 from me despite the order not going through. Contacted support several times and got a different lie each time with even one rude representative straight up saying that they had no record of the issue despite every agent I spoke with previously acknowledging the problem. It literally got to the point that I was considering legal action and contacted a local news reporter. Then magically they refunded me two weeks later. Instacart is trash.
Late deliveries are routine. Managers never call back! They say they'll call back in an hr but never do. 4 times!
Won't let me upload photo of an incorrect order so they won't give me a refund.

was a great idea and it worked great at first. But instacart won't hire people that can speak and read English. This is very problematic when they can't or won't read and understand delivery instructions. FURTHERMORE it is a real problem when they call for instructions and they can not understand me and I can not understand them. Always late - even though I pay for priority shipping. I called customer service today and the agent spoke poor English. I predict instacart will be FINISHED soon
95% of the shoppers they give you come off as Crack heads or retired crackheads, or high on coke, they know they just have to do a 10% job replace 60% return 30% then run to the atm
