Completely horrible. The delivery driver didn't have my order. When I complained accompanied with my evidence, KFC made me work hard just to get back my own money, which they still haven't given back yet. They're drivers are unreliable and "lose" your order. This is one app I don't recommend for anyone.
Frequent unwanted ads posted straight to notification. Default it let's the screen go on. 2 in 1 hr. Ridiculous NO OPTION TO DISABLE PROMOTIONAL MESSAGING.

Can you make it so they first see if a driver is available before allowing you to order from a branch 2 failed orders in 48 hours. Now I have to wait for 2 weeks for refunds . Simple fix
Not recommended. waited 4 hours for my food. And then they tell me the driver said i canceled the order and i did not. There isnt even a option to cancel. And they dont notify you if they are out of stock.
Not anymore, it requires me to sign in over and over again, its actually very useless now.
Not happy anymore with the app. Made an order on Friday, it got stuck & was a paid order... automatically deducted the money while the order showed that they're trying to place my order and was stuck for a while. Never got a refund, has emailed kfc support but still no reply. Don't have time to go to a KFC until Monday. The app suck!! I want my refund!!
Please send out coms when you app works again so sick of contact support to get my money back. If you app doest work don't take my money. Here is a crazy idea disable delivery if it doesn't work
