Got some snacks for lunch at work, opened snack at work at it was moldy. Reached out to customer service and apparently if you don't open ALL your ordered items within 2 hours refunds are not accepted
terrible company. wait over an hour for a few items. no way to call support. when you contact support via the app they're useless. just use doordash.
has too many bugs - issues with logins and troubleshooting
THEY STOLE $31 DOLLARS FROM ME! Order an item that required a 21+ ID, never had issues with my ID while using this app for the past year or so, but suddenly the driver couldnt verify my ID, had contacted customer support with the driver next to me and the repsentive cancelled my order and refused to refund an item that they claim couldn't be verified even though I have used this same ID for the past year! THEY STOLE $31 DOLLARS FROM ME! 5UCK THIS APP, I WANT MY MONEY!
Absolutely ridiculous how bad the experience and customer service is. The whole point of this service is supposedly the convenience of quick delivery of basic goods. I live seven blocks away from a hub. When I placed the order, estimated time of delivery was ten minutes. Turned into an hour as I was the third stop. Tried to cancel before the driver left the hub, app wouldn't let me. Customer service is a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I'm now stressed and running late waiting for the damn order.
Hi as hell
Gopuff has become terrible! The drivers deliver to the wrong address. They have to scan the bag before delivering, its almost impossible to mix up the orders, but yet they do it. Customer service takes 10 minutes between every message. Its ridiculous. They need to retrain everyone or hire new competent drivers and customer service
My order was canceled, it was late, so I thought I'd handle it in the morning, however to my surprise, not only did they keep the money for my order, they also denied helping me with my issue because of a "2-hour complaint" time limit. I would not recommend this app for any reason. You're better off going with 7-eleven Now.
My delivery never came at first it said it would come at 2 pm and then when it was 2 pm it said it would come at 3 pm i had to refund it
Does not deliver any very Central area. It is not worth your time or your money
