Very disappointing. This is complex to use, very focused on food 'products' (primarily from Australia), and unhelpful in understanding how I can meet my dietary needs. Waste of money. I would like a refund.
Not worth the price. Not super helpful for a US user. Unorganized food lists. Prioritizes foods and meals that are certified towards the top of searches, but not available to me, locally. The stoplight serving size order or organization is random (sometimes the smallest serving is shown first, sometimes the largest is shown first). Would have been nice to have a free version to explore before dropping the money on the whole thing.
Poor app! not clear app at all, looks like they MORE interested to get money on referrals than help. Please make it more user helpful.
Waste of $9. Poor GUI and antiquated functionality. Good intentions, but poor execution. There's no barcode scanner either. Just a repository of generic/ambiguous food types with labels like "bread, sourdough."
Paid $9 and it doesn't have any information on restaurants or brands etc. Very disappointing. I can figure out generic food on my own, it's the restaurants I need help with! And being able to sort by food triggers would be helpful. I'd love to be able to say alliums, and have it flag items with alliums. Paid for an app and then I still get ads for your meal kit service? Disappointing.
I'm the US, it's no better than a list of low fodmap foods. The brands included aren't common enough to be helpful. Not worth the money.
It's useless. The app doesn't tell how much sugars is in each food or the cutoff value. Instead it shows an arbitrary semaphore with green/yellow/red lights with unrealistic portion sizes (e.g. 20g of apple). What if I mix different ingredients? Also it is a paid app with lots of ads (certified foods). Those aren't even available where I live. The app is dishonest, it's tailored towards selling products rather than being useful.
Too many ads make this unusable. I can't believe this app is recommended by so many online. All the suggested ingredients and suggested foods are advertisements for either monash or their affiliates. It is time-consuming to scroll past these ads, and it makes their recipes useless.
I uninstalled this app over a year ago, and yet I've been charged £5.60. I didn't even know it was a pay for app! Thieving little ****.
Unfortunately basically functionality such as the calendar doesn't work. It defaults to the wrong day everytime and when trying to review diary entries, I find these are saved to another day( i.e. Thursdays entires are saved in Friday diary page). Really buggy. I contacted the developer and was told it was an android problem but this is the only app that can't get a calendar to work. It looks like it's jumping ahead to Australian time which I'm guessing it makes sense if its developed there.
