I made a complaint about a missing item in my order, and I did not receive a response, so I have to retract my previous five star rating. The item I was missing was not a small item, so it's important that someone takes responsibility for this stuff, when they don't, it's hard to trust them. Update: I am also unable to choose options now on items, such as in a combo, because I am unable to scroll down the page. This makes it impossible to order a combo, so I have to pay more.
Not a great app the customer service is awful, either unresponsive or rude and unhelpful, this app is a no go use Uber eats

Not only are the orders almost always wrong, they just straight up won't except any debit cards on my app now. They blamed my bank for the issue but one call with them says otherwise. Skip just blocked my card for no reason and Im baffled. Works for Uber Eats perfectly though which is weird.
I deleted this app. I had terrible experience,delivered 50 minutes after my order. Problem was original del guy took my order and dropped my order after 15 mins, and another guy picked. 2nd del person delivered after half an hour. Problem was delayed by first guy who did not pick on time and dropped. Total del time was around 50 mins. I got cold burgers and foods. Skip the Dish told me that was nomal in an hour delivry. After 30 mins,food get cold quickly. I don't need cold foods. Bye this serv
The service fees keep going up and the service keeps getting worse. The other providers are cheaper and better. ✌️

I ordered dinner through KFC and they missed a large popcorn chicken and I submitted for a refund through Skip the Dishes, who declined my request directing me to their Terms and Services, which state that they are not responsible for missing items and it is between me and KFC. If there is no recourse for companies who miss items through SKIP the dishes, how are we supposed to get recourse and a refund? In the past SKIP has issued refunds and dealt with store directly. Why has this changed?
BE CAREFUL. The drivers will drop your food at your front door or in the lobby. By tge time you get the notice that it's been delivered, someone has already walked off with your food. And this company could not care less about it. They'll issue you a refund the first couple times, but do they ask the drivers to change their behavior? No, so it continues to happen and then they stop issuing refunds and charge you for a meal that was never delivered.
