Will never submit a check through Chime since I had to wait a full week and late on bills since other banks will have completed that day or the next. Will go back to Citi Bank since I have to wait a whole week where with other banks I can get it half that day or whole the next.

The app itself is fine. The bank is terrible. My account balance is off and nobody will fix it. There customer service teams suck and don't even know the basics of looking up your account. I have reported them with the BBB. Find a better bank.

Never be forced to use a app they crammed chime down my throat even though I don't want it and for that reason if chime was the last bank on earth I would not use it.

I would give negative stars if I could. I've been waiting TWO FULL MONTHS to receive my card from Chime. I've contacted customer support 3 times and every time all they do is "send another card to my address" just for nothing to show up every single time. If you want a physical card, use any other bank provider.
