Did not find this app helpful at all! Once you make an update on your Session, if you get something wrong, it has no option to edit. So you have to delete the whole Session and start again. In some saved sessions, it said I have dark blonde hair?? I have black hair. I chose Black each time so not sure how that's happened. For my Bikini sessions, I could only see 3 dates instead of 4. I will make a manual transcript of my session dates instead.
I can not change the schedual of the treatments!! This needs to be fixed with an update.

Just got the lumea 800, advertised on box to use the app. Lumea 800 available in most shops but.. no option for lumea 800 on the app?? Why can't I use the app for my lumea 800 but it clearly shows on the box and in the instructions that I can?
The app is useless. I can't even register, and I have tried to log in on three different browsers, but it says the same, doesn't open the registration page. I have sent an email to support team, and they redirected me to FB or Twitter! 🤣hilarious
The app is terrible - nothing can be changed - cannot change my name, the phase I want to continue with (once you put your next treatment it's impossible to change to a different phase), so be careful and do to make any mistake because you cannot change it later. So the app which shows me the wrong treatment dates is useless, it's even more confusing for me now. The notification shows up randomly - sometimes it pops up, sometimes not. At least there are some useful articles. I am disappointed.
Tried using the skin analyser,i followed the steps everything checked yet every single time it popped the message "something went wrong, try again."
Disappointed! I recently bought Philips lumia 9900 BRI977/00 and it's supposed to be with a Skin AI technology on the app , But the application is not finding the product and it's not listed in the product list !! No skin AI function on the App ,This is so disappointing!
