Why does it say free if I have to pay for it as soon as I make an account
Why can't I look at what the app looks like before paying? Absolutely ridiculous
Simplifi has been very disappointing replacement for the original mint. It has some of the same flaws as mint like ocassionally needing to reset and reimport account, sometimes miscategorizing transactions, or missing transactions. However, it is more deeply flawed and you need to pay for it on top of it. 2 examples: fidelity credit card balances are viewed like an investment account that adds to your networth as it goes up, reoccuring transactions rules fail to trigger at times. Keep looking
Tried the app for 5 minutes before deleting and canceling the subscription. But 2 days later and they still haven't refunded my money. Customer service is horrible. No refund and no reply many emails. Basic app not worth what they charge.
My bank was not compatible with this app. You can only learn this after you subscribe. You can cancel the subscription within 30 days of subscribing. I spoke with their support and they told me to request a refund, state my reason, and it would be refunded. I did that and stated their company said I would receive a refund. Google said it was not a valid reason and refused to refund me. I paid for a year subscription that is useless for me.
You register and then cant even look at the app to see if its any good without paying first. No stars at all this is just dumb. I will use another app that actually lets you see the product your buying.
No option for a free version or even a free trial to even see if you want to opt to subscribe. Then it takes a month to delete your info from their system thereafter.
Web version worked for the first week, but ever since then it just loads a blank white screen when I log in. Tried different browsers and engines. Customer service gave me the run around and ultimately directed me to a line that didn't even pick up. Waste of money. I'm trying out Monarch and like it a lot more at this point. The base features work a lot better right off the bat.
No way to use any of the app without paying. Very misleading.
App does not update with current information and will not refresh. Pending transactions are not listed at all. Very frustrating. I liked the app and browser version initially but way too many bugs.
