Genuinely one of the most user-unfriendly apps I have ever used. The UI is like someone just vomited on a screen...no organization. They have made it next to impossible to easily find radio stations and live content. Also, not supporting at least 320kbps audio in 2024 is embarrassing.
Frequently crashes, went back to older version. In response to developer feedback, I had already cleared the cache, stopped the app, cleared storage, un-installed, re-installed and it was still crashing.
I was given 3 months free and I can cancel anytime. I am unable to access. Keeps saying something went wrong, try again.
Can not use app, when setting up it sends verification code but when I enter it it adds a '-' between first three numbers and the last three. Says there's something not right.I don't know what to do.
I've been a LONG-time subscriber (since before the merger). This app upgrade is making me seriously consider stopping my subscription (& yes, I've already given my opinion online!) Editing 5 update: Things have been better recently... until yesterday. Then it all went to hell AGAIN! Every time I switch between podcasts on Bluetooth (EVERY TIME), each show starts over. I'm about to pull the plug, Sirius! Get your act together and quit breaking the app!!!

UPDATE - The Sirius app worked very well for quite a while but recently it's so annoying that I am ready to cancel. Amazon Prime is much more stable and costs less. This app skips, and stops and sometimes just doesn't work. App shuts down within seconds when I start it. Restarted my phone and still happens. Using a Galaxy S20 Ultra. Contacted tech support but got no real answer. Love Sirius but customer service is awful. May be time to cancel.

Im not into websites, app, etc. for listening to anything . Id rather have my own collection and that's it. I can always add to it. I domt see the hype, etc., of any listenimg service. I'm definitely not into this SiriusXM as well. I couldn't find a lot of what I wanted. I couldn't make a library. I also couldn't fast forward anything being played. I would give this 0 stars if I could. Why would anyone pay for this or anything similar? Smh!
