This is really frustrating. I placed an order online for sim card in 16 Jul 2024 and was stated that I will receive it in 3 - 5 days. I had yet received anything after the stated period. In view of that, I called SIMBa and they told me that i need to write to them. And I wrote to SIMBA many many times to ask for the status. But there was no response from SIMBA.
Not advise to use simba network,connection is really bad.And 4-5days before the topup date they can keep sms u like u own them money,even sms u at midnight 4am!After use it for 9 mths,my topup date change from 15th to 10th early 5days?Will change to other network provider soon.
No support available, wrong email id they provided, and they will not reply to web query also.
I was invited to upgrade to the 200GB plan, online. After doing do and payment made, I received the acknowledgement that it was successful. BUT when I tried to use the app to check I got a message: Unable to send OTP. Please ensure the number is correct and try again !!!!!! I have been trying again & again & again.....What the ......??????

super lousy for tethering(hotspot fr another device).. keeps on n off dc.. still need alot of improvement on ur network.. perfect ur 4g 1st b4 u go up 5g.. anyway.. soon to b will b moving out of simba to others.. canot stay wif simba for delivery platforms.. not only does it dc out of nowhere.. its oso slow for tethering..
Very complicated packs and worst services. I lost 15$ for recharging the pack but it does not show on my app. Many times I approached to customer care but no solution. My money wasted. If you are seafarer, don't buy this.
Bad service (network) 5G line almost full bar, the speed not even reached 1mbps(Jurong Island) and always sudden drop not stable (10mbps to 500kbps), Boon Lay.
