It is absolutely meaningless and totally user-unfriendly that you do not allow to transfer chat history from Android to iOS and vice versa. I cannot find any business sense in this, except for large smartphone producers to have another hook to keep their clients. I was one of your most devoted users. Awful experience with their "support service" which is basically handled by a basic system that generates automated emails. I still can't use the app with my number, without a verifiable reason
The customer service is zero. My account temporarily blocked . The email from support says follow support bot. But I can't because activation failed. In 5 days happened nothing. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour in the private sector.

Stupid that you can't log in to more than 1 phone at once. There's a limit to how many times you can log in per day. The app on my main phone is stuck on call activation, in which the app never does, so I guess I'm permanently out of viber now?? Messenger has better syncing than this.
