This app doesn't work well on a tablet at all! Especially the budget portion. Whenever I go to update an item on the budget it never saves. I have made sure that my tablet and the app are updated. I alerted the support team and their response was to use the website instead of fixing their app
You keep trying to make me buy stuff and not take me to the website I am looking for
Doesn't work. Only let's me add guest list and look at venues. Once I click another feature it goes to blank page that says access denied. Was hoping to get it working but still no luck.
City list sucks, only had major cities no small but big cities
Useless if you want any diy aspects involved, great if you just want a list of stores near you despite all that being readily available outside the app already
This app is too difficult and doesn't want to work.
Even though I am put the correct date for my wedding the app is putting the date at 2 weeks later even though I go in and make the change and hit save it doesn't save the change this is very frustrating I would like the app better if it would save changes I make
The worst company ever. They took 200 dollars from me to post my video services and I started to receive real spam messages. 4 messages per month and I pay 200$??? Excuse me??? Now I will fight for my money back with my attorney because its just insane. Stay away from them!
We would not recommend using this site unless they fix their issues. Both the app and website started out great for my Fiancé and I, but it is slowly getting worse and worse by the day. It will not let us update our wedding date or our names, and it keeps resetting our guest list group names and our budget information. For something that is supposed to simplify the planning process, it is just adding more stress and wasting our time.
Absolute aggravation to use.
