It is hard to use my phone for this. I liked being able to type recipes in my computer and get a point value. Also, when I did this virtually I was given 29 points a day. When I switched over to in person meetings I was told I would only have 23 points a day. I was losing weight doing 29 points. Why did it change? Also, they lowered my goal.
Your app is what will keep me from renewing when my contract expires! Not intuitive and with every change - it has gotten worse!
The app will not open on my phone I've even changed providers and it still won't work. I've reinstalled it and it maybe comes on once or twice but then stops again. So can't use it which makes it hard to do the ww program.
The app wont work after i agreed to upgrading it So paying for something thats no good to me The app is so hard to use so once my 6 months is up its gone. Only half the page loads
It's was very easy and more enjoyable to use. Until recently I have been having big problems with it. Half works and half don't work. I'm done with it all with their glitches. Should of left the older app alone. Thanks!
Can't use the meal planner the 10.70 version doesn't work apparently I need the 10.69 one!!!!
The activity part of this app is HORRIBLE!
I lost my 465-day food tracking streak even though I haven't missed a day! When you chat with a live person, they ask questions like "what version of the app are you using?" Well, when you go look at something like that, you lose the person you were talking to. After talking to 3 people, I finally have a ticket into the Global Tech team, but who knows how long I will wait for that. I also can't track my weight. It isn't saving! Horrible app & customer service! I pay monthly for this?!?
There should be new restaurants added all the time. To get to bulinding reciepes, I shouldn't have click a ton of times. There should be a way to scan foods while making a recipe and add it to the recipe. There should be a way to copy an entire either lunch, breakfast, or dinner from another day and put it into a new day. These are just a few things that make it take longer to track than it should.
