Old app was way better. To many clicks to navigate changing anything in the new app. You cannot tell me this will just take time to get used to.. The new app is not as user friendly. The countless reviews that are 1 star all say the same thing. Take the feedback and reduce the clicks to reduce light levels in the app. OR better yet just delete this app and add darkmode to the old one... Problem fixed.
compared to the V1 app this is a major downgrade. No vacation mode, no way to toggle circadian rhythm easily, it's so much more complicated for no reason.
lights are paired but only works when on wifi. it worked on cell data before the last updates
App doesn't work anymore. Always get unknown issue occurred message.
Why do the widgets have so much padding??? I'm on One UI 6, Android 14. EDIT - Also can you please add the ability to set EXACT brightness percentage, we're unable to be easily accurate with the brightness slider control.
The old version worked better with the Google Home app. Lights doesn't show in app
Worked great until trying to put my son's lights on here then it wouldn't allow us to add a third user
Not properly integrating with Google with new app. Work with no issue on "legacy" app.
When I buy a product, I don't expect to give up my privacy to use it. Photos? Personal information? This sucks. I will never purchase any other Phillips product. I don't expect to pay money for a product that obligates you to give up private information. Today, they don't share this information. Tomorrow, they will amend the privacy agreement.
Useless. Not connecting
