Didnt work with PBX, opened a ticket a week ago, still no response
Piece of junk app. Doesn't work unless your screen is on. Phone in pocket? Expect to miss every call. And, not just miss, there is "missed call" msg. No, the call just never connects and you have zero knowledge of it unless the person tells you they called. Waste of money.
Outbound SMS does not work. Only inbound SMS. My voip provider did some testing and determined it to be a Zoiper issue. I have contacted Zoiper repeatedly over the last 4 days with no response. When I tap on the message bar it just says "open keyboard to type message". Completely unresponsive. Steps taken for troubleshooting: 1) force stop the app 2) reinstall the app 3) fresh installation on brand new phone Zoiper support page is down as well (not validating registrations. Please refund ASAP!
just bought the pro version of the a few hours ago. However, the same SIP account, working on the free version, doesn't work on the pro version. When making phone call, the calling request gets timeout and gives internal server error every single time. Also, unable to receive calls using paid version but free version can. Switching to the free version, same time, same network, same device, the call gets through without any problem. Better stay with the free version. Can I request a refund?
I did contact support yesterday (2024-01-14) but no response by email so far. Only the response to contact them (which I already did) by email. I'd much preferred a response to my email... Zoiper keeps crashing since a few weeks (on the same phone as for the past two years). It automatically sends crash reports (to whom? How do I stop it?). And how can the constant crashing be stopped? I'll give you the 5* back when the issue is fixed. This issue is - 10 days later! - still unresolved.
Always registering missing calls
Nothing but problems with this app. I have the premium version running in my S22 Ultra. It freezes up all of the time. It keeps ringing on my cell phone after a phone call has already been answered. Customers can not hear me speaking or there is a long delay before we can hear each other. A few times per week I have to force stop the app and restart it .
When I enabled push notification, it unregistered showing 'Registration failed (500).
Very Bad. Don’t buy. There are have huge hidden price. Scammer.
Call issues when using TLS SRTP. There isn't an option to see the codecs?? Only reason I bought the pro version was to use TLS.
