This app needs to update the way people report problems and the way it charges people if they make card payments because I just had an incident where the driver were he decided to cancel the ride after he did not arrive at my location and I had to pay for the ride I did not even take and I was also charged for a cancelation fee and I've been trying to find a helpline on the app or somewhere to report my incident and I can't find it and with this experience I see the use of bolt in my phone.
