Error: "Latest Google Play Services update breaks Teslaa. We are looking for potential workarounds, but options are limited." I could not find a mention of this on their site but this is what pops up when I try to connect. It has not worked for days now for me and probably even longer for others. A paid app thats down with no viable fix in sight is unacceptable.
I recently bought this app, and it worked fine for 2 weeks. But now it's not working at all. Tried resetting my phone and resetting Tesla multiple times. And now I see a message on the browser which says "Latest Google Play Service update brakes Tesla, we are looking for potential workarounds, but options are limited." I'm not sure if this is the end of Tesaa, while I'm not able the android auto. Please confirm and take down while misleading any future downloads. Thanks!
Used to work well enough. However, it randomly stopped working entirely recently.
Age old problem tesla screen says can't connect check hot spot. Tesla aa opened the hot spot and connected. Android auto started as did waze on my phone. Here we go again
Just doesn't work. Glad I wasted the money.
2018 Tesla model 3 running 2024.14.9 unable to connect via hotspot error. Was looking forward to using this app. Emailed developer no response yet.
App won't work. I have a 2018 tesla model x, it gets to the please connect your phone's hotspot and it never sends the button to my screen to connect to Android auto I will be uninstalling it's a great way to waste five bucks
Interesting idea, but far too slow and laggy to be usable.
Doesn't work hotspot activated, vpn checked thru app, stuck at Please connect to your phones hotpsot ...
Loses connectivity every couple of minutes, and have to restart it from Tesla browser
