Too bad. Staff asked to use apps to check appt. However after downloaded, found that unable to login using apps. Using same credentials can login on web using laptop. Further check, similar issue reported on early March but seems nobody cares on it after 3 months passed
Self Check-in tidak mesra. No giliran sama dijana kpd lebih dr 1 pesakit. 1st time guna. Awal check-in, dpt No 0001. 4 kali no dipapar (Bilik 25, 26, 31 & 8) tapi bukan utk saya. Ada pesakit lain no sama. Bayangkan warga emas/kerusi roda jalan masuk keluar bilik. Pesakit pula x tahu kad biru ada di bilik mana. Nurse kata tunggu nama dipanggil. Pesakit duduk depan bilik 22, tapi Dr panggil dari blok sebelah (bilik 9) kurang jelas. Nurse stress jwb soalan. 4 jam utk 5min dgn Dr. Pls baiki sistem.

feedback saye : keliru dan kecewa.... saye faham PPUM masih mencube utk membaik pulih sistem... tapi kalau ade sistem self check in.. tapi nombor yg di panggil tak ikut turutan number.. so what is the point? pesakit yg uzur kene tunggu giliran yg tak teratur? 3 jam sampai skrg saye yg mude ni pun blur nak tunggu giliran.. atkeast kalau ukit turutan number.. we can minimize the waiting line utk sampai ke hospital utk epiaod temu janji.. saye harap saye tak mengalami kisah ini lagi..
Unable to use post medication to order my medication as the apps give a "currentlly unavailble, try again later". I have been trying for the last 4 days. Medication is also running low. Need quick response & fix from this Apps.
I downloaded this app into my POCO phone, so I may check my appointment but unable to login on first and several attempts. although I had keyed in the correct ID and password. I had triple checked. it showed the message "username or password incorrect". however, I was able to login in with no problem using my desktop computer. Therefore, I will give one rating for this mobile apps.
Stuck in link account. Can't check the appointment and everything else is not working. Now can't check appointments from website as well. Useless app.
Nurse dekat PPUM especially dekat ward not a friendly nurse. Kasar and the way cakap abit rude. Rasa nak transfer hospital.. overall nak cakap memang kurang adap nurse dekat ward. picu nurse sume okay. Hopefully management take action sebelum saya buat report direct dekat office.
