I am having a very bad experience with this app and it's owners
Subscribe and having issue atm. Location cant be updated incorrect location shows and saying pingo cant manage phone which i already give access and unblocking games still not allowed my kids to play. There is a chat support giving me instructions but i dont see that feature he shows on my end.
Terrible app does not work......Paid for the premium and still not getting real time location. In fact it simply goes blank when not on home wifi. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
I downloaded this today but haven't had the chance to look at yet. The ONLY ads I'm getting, are for this app. SIR OR MADAM, I am ADHD, and because you kept telling me to check it out... I now absolutely *refuse* to check it out. I now loathe the idea of checking it out. And I was *so excited* about this. So, uhhh. Chill, okay? It looks pushy and desperate.
Why is the code not working when i type it on my kids phone? I will give 5 stars if it works
Absolutely terrible. Been at home all day with my daughter and I'm getting alerts saying she left home and "walked" 30 miles away. This could easily send someone into a panic in different circumstances. Also wasted my money on the monthly subscription only to not be able to use most features.
This has caused a conflict with me and my partner. We're together in the room but the Geo location showed differently like he's walking outside at 1am. Been using this for a year and I'm planning to unsubscribe because of inaccurate geo location. This won't help me with my child either
The app will tell me my child is all over the place when she's at school, that she's in some random place, once in the middle of the bay?! While she's right next to me or that she just left home when we've been on the road for an hour. App is stressful & inaccurate.

Horrible customer service! I could not be connected to a live agent. They kept giving me pre-selected questions to receive answers to and there was no option to speak to someone live. I ordered a year subscription for the "listen to the surroundings"feature to only find out those features would not work because my child has an iPhone. I didn't receive that information till after I had already purchased the year subscription. Then I was told there are no refunds no matter the circumstances.
