Use to be great. Paid for premium back in the day. Now it's subscription based and my original purchase is basically worthless. Can't access any of my history, can't scan wine lists. You'd think the developers would at least grandfather in those of us that paid, but no... They chose greed over customer base.
Very good app until it stopped being good and is now unusable and not intuitive. The app crashed, restarts and has insane loading times even with a good Internet connection. Why turn a completely perfect app into a pile of trash ?
This has become an unusable ad trap. I get it, you need to money, but the ads are obnoxious and over the top and make a once great app hot garbage. This is now the equivalent of bottle of Night Train or Mad Dog 20/20.
This app is getting more and more irrelevant as time passes. The attempt to monetize every inch of the screen is just ridiculous
This app used to work flowlessly, but now it can't even get a correct return a correct wine for scanned label, effectively becoming useless
Awful. Truly abysmal. The app at least used to be ok. Until recent updates when the scanning doesn't seem to be able to recognise a wine label. When it comes to purchasing through this: JUST DO NOT. These people have truly awful processes. My order wasn't delivered. Support is non existent. Try talking to your kitchen table before conversing with the woefully inadequate chat bot. Agent follow up not much better. Avoid
Was a great app for many years. Is now littered with ads.
Old review "Excellent app but too many adds. The adds make navigation difficult on a phone size screen." Latest update has added more adds and is now unusable. I will try to export data to an alternative app
DO NOT order wine from them. Mine arrived at 111 degrees and completely spoiled. It's been 2 weeks with no resolution.
USE CELLAR TRACKER INSTEAD! New changes are ABOMINABLE. I regret ever using this app.
