Google Fiber, also known as GFiber, is a fiber broadband internet service provided by Google Fiber Inc., a subsidiary of Alphabet. It serves an increasing number of households in cities across 19 states in the United States. By mid-2016, Google Fiber had an estimated 453,000 broadband customers.
@CoxHelp our internet is currently out again. You have a service outage, no exaggeration, nearly weekly. I have never even heard of an ISP with worse uptime. I wouldn't pay $40/mo for your service. I can not wait for Google Fiber to come to our area so we can drop you.
@googlefiber why is it not possible to transfer existing service from Kansas to Missouri. Quite the poor experience having to create a new email account to set up brand new service at a new residence. Absurd process that should be very simple.

@googlefiber I have to say it: all-around terrible experience so far. Google fiber team broke our existing internet yesterday (ATT Fiber) while also failing to complete the new installation. We are currently without internet at our house indefinitely. Virtually no communication
3. AT&T Myth: “They’ll always own all telephone infrastructure.” Reality: Post-breakup, AT&T pivoted to wireless & internet. Missed Opportunities: Verizon, T-Mobile (wireless), Zoom, Skype (VoIP), and Google Fiber (broadband).
