@DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E @AAI_Official I think it's important to discipline unruly passengers using phone inside Airplanes, inspite of announcement by pilot. To avoid Pager like incidents ensure all devices are switched off before issuing boarding pass, Arrest them if violated.
