@hassona_uk @ionos_com Were you able to resolve this issue ? Happened same with me. I am trying since two days now to get access to even one of the servers. Or even the backup servers with ionos and they are refusing access. There was no warning just straight locked account. With more then 3tb of data
Apparently my webhost is down. Hard. Even their own website won't resolve! @ionos_help_US @ionos_com
@ChrisCollins405 @ionos_help_uk @ionos_help_US @ionos_com no email receive send or receive now, ( get wrong password error messages on all accounts, with endless connection iocon) status page says no problem ! webmail is stated as having problems.
@ionos_com my account was frozen, my data was delated and my domain are stock and your customer service said that you have the right to do this with no notification. for the last 90 min I am on the phone with a lovely lady that has no idea what she is doing, and her supervisor..
