Commisso, who is also the owner of the New York Cosmos and ACF Fiorentina, Mediacom is headquartered in New York and incorporated in Delaware. Once a publicly traded company, Mediacom went private in a $600 million transaction in March 2011 and is now solely owned by Commisso.
