@OnePlus_IN @oneplus I was having green line issue in my previous phone 1+ 9R, for which I got coupon worth Rs 31k and I can use it only for one plus 11R. Why is this a limitation ? First of all the price on 1+ website is 7k higher than Amazon also the variation of 16GB is OOS.

@shamsudkhan @SamsungIndia That's true, not only Samsung but all phone manufacturers should do it! That's the reason I have respect for @oneplus, they are the only ones who replace their budget & midrange devices screen for free incase of such an issue.

Dear @oneplus Oneplus 12 has some real issues with connectivity. - doesn't get connected to wifi sometimes. - doesn't get connected to mobile data. It is sometimes one or the other. - bluetooth issues. Doesn't recognize headphones. Won't play media even if 'media use' is checked.

@OnePlus_Support @oneplus @OnePlus_IN And the escalation department will call me within 24 hrs to resolve the issue. I got call from escalation team, and again same story with an addition saying they will provide free pickup and the procedure is same for the voucher.
