@JamesMelville When Optus crashed in Australia, for a whole day, cash was what the shops wanted because the inability to take electronic payment screwed the economy and many retail outlets, many of whom couldn’t afford to lose that days revenue.

@optus_help when going through Vodafone to upgrade to the iPhone 16, I can just input my device details of the current iPhone I own and get a quote to what I’d get back for it/discounted Why is it that you make it so difficult that I need to chat to someone, fill in a form etc?
