@thatkazb @Optus @thatkazb You'll find this is a common problem when travelling due to the constant switching of towers. This can be made worse when switching between 4G/5G at the same time or if you're in an area where towers are limited. - Medina

Check this out - @Optus are demanding that we provide Medicare details in order to change an existing mobile phone plan that they were increasing to a lower rate. Yes, that’s the same @Optus who couldn’t keep data safe.

@optus_help @Optus Hi yes it says there's no outages but I had to interrogate a sales rep until they told me every 5g tower in my area is under a maintainence for the next two weeks! That would be cool to know without having to hide it behind a customer service rep! Thanks.
