@QuickBooks please tell me how to keep your web portal from auto-selecting obviously wrong account categories when a client uses the bank feed. This is extremely damaging to good accounting practices, and causes serious harm to quarterly financial estimates. My sanity needs it.

Why can’t I login to my @QuickBooks account? Since mid day yesterday the system appears to be down. I can’t speak to anyone at customer support or chat because I can’t login. HELP ME!

@QuickBooks my GoPayment is not connected to my Quickbooks and I need to accept payments in an hour and a half. I tried contacting support and with the chat box it states go account, payments and connect. There is no option for me to connect even though I pay a monthly fee.

@QuickBooks Firefox still does not work (cleared cache/cookies). I get to the customer screen, but then it stops working. Brave works as expected.

@QuickBooks 20 days - still no fix to the bad update with work stopping issues released on Quickbooks online. Support tells me there is no solution and no update. There has been no communication from anybody 20days. Really @SasanGoodarzi

@QuickBooks @SasanGoodarzi @AlexGBalazs Has a senior manager tried to use the QBO software with the new release. Have you seen all these issues being reported. @Intuit board members help. Software update is a failure customers need somebody to hold Intuit management accountable.
