@redBus_in my last two journeys have been very painful. I booked the busses based on the rating mentioned on redbus but it seems those are fake ratings. I booked "New Amar Travels" but got message from "SR Travels" and the name printed on bus was "GANESH Travels".

Dear @redBus_in, Booked the Indigo bus on your platform, paying 1700rs for a sleeper. Was picked up from Kottayam at 8PM. Bus broke down close to Ernakulam at 9PM. We were stranded on the road until 12:45AM. Was given a seater supposedly till Palakkad. Now we wait....

@redBus_in booked a bus to bangalore from Vytila , the boarding time was 9.30 PM 20th. Bus is yet to reach. Tried reaching redbus support number , it gave all the useless options but not a single useful one, couldn’t raise a complaint nor reach support, your support sucks!!
