@SaskTel @RazMobility Don't even worry about it. I will be canceling my mobility account immediately. You either lack the ability to notify your customers, or you just can't be bothered..? Either way I will be taking my business elsewhere. I was a loyal customer of yours for 17 years. Ridiculous.
@SaskTel @RazMobility You guys literally emailed me and told me that "communicating unnecessarily and spamming customers" that didn't have a problem was more important to you than keeping me informed that there was a problem. Is that right..?
@SaskTel @RazMobility I couldn't call anyone. My phone didn't work. You didn't answer the question. Why didn't you send out an SMS message or email indicating that your network was experiencing issues? You left me hanging. Why?
