@ScottishPower can you stop coning people with you meter safety checks u never bothered to have ur meter readers sent as u said you had no control over them now all of a sudden your sending ur representatives on ur behalf to do safety checks or in other words a smart meter con.

Can someone explain how @ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople can “reset” an old style Electric meter without visiting a property and send a letter stating there is now a debt of over £1200?
