@ShawInfo @Rogers Why does my video buffer so often? Multiple times a day, the quality just goes to crap. Can't stream videos. Not doing anything other than that and it can't handle it. Absolutely infuriating. It just can't do what we pay for it to do. Pathetic quality of internet connectivity.
Moved at the end of November, and had to switch from @TELUS to @ShawInfo. Shoulda been simple, huh? The incompetence of @TELUS has been staggering, with misinformation and mistakes. After 4 phone calls, it still ain't over. Maybe today.
@ShawInfo @Rogers your agents take 5 mins between replies. Is there any way to get a hold of a proper customer service representative so I can get my issue resolved? Also have been on hold for 2+ hrs while waiting in the chat queue for an hour just to have the chat ended.
