@SiteGround Yes, all sorted. In 6 years I've had very little complaint. Every company is using AI even when it's it's a stupid idea. I wish I'd made a copy of the answer your AI gave me this afternoon. I could not stop laughing. Turn it off, it's crap, and makes your customers angry.
@SiteGround I've been in a live chat for more than 30 minutes. They can't fix it. You probably wouldn't get reports, people would just give up. You know, since you destroyed your customer service portal.
