@NoCapFights Used to work for frontier. They scam their passengers & that’s one of the main reasons i left for Southwest Airlines. These gate agents make a percentage off every bag sold & management encourages this type of behavior.
Really @SouthwestAir I have been flying with you for years with a carry-on, back pack and my blanket because you guys don’t know how to keep a comfortable temp. For the first time TODAY I was told my blanket was a 3rd carry on item! REALLY
