I have had internet service with SW BELL, AT&T, Suddenlink, AT&T again, Optimum, & and 4 or 5 other companies over the years. I can, without hesitation & with absolute certainty, say that #Optimum is, BY FAR, the most horrible, relative to customer service, that has ever existed…

@Suddenlink We were getting charged $143 or $144 Dollars per month, we are now getting a bill of $180 Dollars without our authorization and without any notification from the company. This is very dishonest and corrupt from this cable, phone and internet..

@Pirat_Nation i seed the bare minimum, until the ratio hits 1, then i have it to cut off, i take i give back, i don't get angry notes from my ISP but i used to back when they were suddenshit (SuddenLink)
