@suncountryair - The least you guys could do is offer some kind of recompense for the way you handle these delayed flights - and the consistency at which they’re delayed.
@SunCountryAir has done it again. Our flight from Columbus to Minneapolis is delayed… this is the third time they’ve done this. The worst part? We always find out third-hand. The airline never notifies us, never communicates, and never does anything to make it right.

Once again I give @SunCountryAir a chance and for the 3rd time in a row our flight is delayed with no communication or explanation. SUCH BULLSHIT. Why is it ALWAYS Ohio to Minnesota that is delayed and has issues? Fix your stuff, Sun Country.
