@Ask_Spectrum I'm very disappointed...I've had more internet outages woth @GetSpectrum since October '23 than I had in 6 years with At&T. And here I am again with an outage today. What gives?

@Ask_Spectrum We have some of the worst internet in the developed world, and have to pay unreasonable fees for it. Then the company keeps increasing their prices, and we don't even get a better service for it?! What in the hell.

@GetSpectrum how about you just continue with the 30 dollar discount on connection in replace for congress not finding the APC credit. Why do you think people want more phones and services? We want to have our discount rather than a new service. With prices rising we struggle.

#spectrum is genuinely the worst service ever. I’ve felt with them for like 20 years - had google fiber for the past 2 - just had to switch back to spectrum it’s like going back to the dark ages. Why is it so hard to provide good internet.Related Services
