As if it isn't bad enough that everytime I browse @eBay_UK or @AmazonUK I get contant emails asking if I'm still interested Even @Tripadvisoruk does it. Did I go to hotel I looked at and can I rate it Just stop me browsing and researching. Stops me buying Sure I'm not alone
@Tripadvisoruk I’m still waiting on a refund after you declined my booking. Cannot find a way to contact you about this and it’s been a lot longer than 10 working days. Any help you can offer?
@Tripadvisoruk @Tripadvisoruk But that leaves me, as the owner, in the dark as to why so they (and possibly many other) positive reviewers have been sidelined? Yet another reviewer who admits to leaving repeated 1-star reviews from a single visit gets published?
@Tripadvisoruk Tried to write a review for The Castle Arms, Edinburgh but despite undertaking an extensive search I was unable to find it. So, I found The Castle Arms website and was able to write a review via that website. How come TripAdvisor couldn't find it?
