Founded by Graeme Wood in March 2000 in Brisbane, Australia, the company has expanded to include offices in Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Wotif.com was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on June 2, 2006, but later delisted after being acquired by Expedia.
